Who do I e-Transfer?Please e-transfer accounting@rentcorp.ca and include the property address in the memo line.

I want to rent in the future, but I don’t know what's available. How do I keep track of this?Go follow us on Facebook! All new properties will show up on your newsfeed! It is the quickest way to keep up with all of our new properties.

What extra stuff do I need when applying to a property?Picture of your drivers licence 2 current pay stubs or a letter from employer If you’ve rented before- at least one landlord reference

What can I do if I do not have good credit?If you have a guarantor that has really good credit, and income they can fill out the guarantors section of the application. If you have any additional questions about guarantors please address them with the leasing agent, or call 519-896-0101.

Can I move into a property the middle of the month?Sometimes this can be accommodated; however, it is always best to discuss this option with our leasing agent during you inquiry.

What are your office hours?Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 4:00pm

Do you work on weekends?The leasing agent can work on weekends by appointment only.

What do I do if I have a maintenance problem?Please complete a task through your tenant, or landlord portal with a detailed description and picture of the problem or call 519-896-0101 to speak with someone directly. In case you need to reach out to our maintenance team directly, please email maintenance@rentcorp.ca. IF maintenance emergency after hours call 519-896-0101 ext 6.

Do I need to pay first and last before I move in?Yes, first and last months rent are required prior to moving in. We also require that all utility accounts are setup if needed, and you must provide tenant insurance.
