Vincent has been in the property management business since 2007. He started out as a leasing agent and worked his way up to property manager in 2009. In 2013, he was promoted to Vice President of JoyLife Property Management. In 2015, Vincent entered into a partnership and incorporated RentCorp property management. His decision to open up a property management firm was based on the realization that the industry needed a knowledgeable firm that would attend to the high level of property management standards expected from tenants and landlords.Vincent’s areas of expertise with high-rises range from the approval process with the city, working with architects and mechanical engineers, and ensuring efficient designs that work for the current demand of the rental market. Lucy Bostajian - Vice President

Lucy grew up in a retail store that was owned by her parents. She had worked there since she was 12 years old and quickly learned that she loved being in a sales environment. Making people happy with good customer service and a great quality product was something that felt very rewarding. Lucy went on to study in the field of sales and marketing-knowing that this was what she wanted to do with her life. After giving birth to one of her two sons, she invented and patented an innovative product for babies. She learned many things from this such as how to deal with overseas manufacturing, trademarking, participating in tradeshows, etc. Lucy has currently chosen to give her product over to a distribution company to handle so that she can stay in town close to her family. She started with RentCorp when she handed her properties over to them for management. She is proud to say that she is now part owner of the company and strives to make a difference with each and every unit that RentCorp manages. Lucy looks at each problem as a challenge and is always eager to learn new things. She keeps a continuous positive outlook on life and is rarely seen without a smile on her face.

Vanessa is an outgoing, personable, and highly motivated professional with excellent leadership skills. She is an individual who can create success on a team and turn complex problems into solutions. Graduating from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Business and Sociology as well as a minor in Human Resources Management, Vanessa understands the value of managing others and working with owners to make there landlord experience optimal. Vanessa is a great listener who is able to communicate with our owners to make sure their specific requests are met with quality and care. Being in the customer service industry for over 6 years she has had the opportunity to work with many individuals and solve multiple problems helping all owners and tenants find solutions to any issues that may arise.

Brittany was born and raised in KW and has subsequently remained within the Tri cities. She graduated with Honours from the Paralegal program at triOS College in Kitchener in 2015. Having 15 years of customer service experience; has enriched her life and fueled her zest and vibrancy for all walks of life.  Brittany’s warm and vibrant personality will ensure you are welcomed with a kind and professional attitude.  With her go getter, problem solving abilities she is eager to assist in finding a solution to any issues that may arise.  Brittany understands the importance of feeling like a house is a home and hopes that her interactions with tenants will assist in creating a home like feel for your rental property.

Natalie Ranghel- Leasing Manager natalie@rentcorp.ca Natalie has been in the property management business since 2008. She brings her previous managerial skills from various retail corporations. Natalie started with us as a resident Superintendent overseeing the leasing office. Her responsibilities consisted of building operations such as meeting prospective tenants to leasing, rent payments, contract renewals and overseeing all trades for service work within the building. She was also responsible for all fire and safety and required yearly inspections. Natalie joined the corporate office in 2013 as a leasing agent for all rental properties in Southern Ontario. She was then promoted in 2014 to Property Manager and oversees all aspects of our rental properties.
